Safety & Compliance

APEX is a closed publisher. Only APEX may upload or publish media, and no member can view studio content before manual adult approval.

Adults only

Every member must be at least 18 and the age of majority where located. Registration alone never unlocks content. APEX manually reviews each account and may request reliable proof of age and identity. Access is denied when verification is incomplete, inconsistent, or legally insufficient. APEX may restrict access by jurisdiction where required.

Performer identity, age, and consent

Before publication, APEX requires production-specific documentation for every depicted performer, including government-issued identification, legal name and date of birth, aliases, production date, content identifier, and a signed authorization establishing the scope of permitted creation and distribution. Consent must be affirmative, informed, voluntary, and free from force, fraud, duress, misrepresentation, or coercion. A release cannot waive rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

Federal records

Content within 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 is not eligible for publication until the required records are complete, indexed to the release and its URL or identifier, segregated from unrelated records, and maintained by a designated custodian. See the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.

Zero-tolerance content

APEX prohibits child sexual abuse material; any depiction involving a minor; trafficking, prostitution facilitation, coercion, or exploitation; nonconsensual intimate imagery; hidden-camera material; sexual violence presented as real; unlawful obscene material; bestiality; incest involving an actual family relationship; and content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights. Digital forgeries or AI-generated sexual depictions of identifiable people are prohibited without documented, legally sufficient authorization and counsel approval.

Safety reports and preservation

APEX promptly reviews credible reports and may disable content immediately, preserve relevant evidence, notify service providers, and report to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children when required. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Report the location and circumstances instead. See our Content Removal & Safety Policy.

Member privacy

Member media is delivered from private storage using short-lived links. APEX does not sell member data, run targeted advertising, or place advertising pixels on viewing pages. Access and viewing information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

Ongoing review

Adult-content, age-assurance, privacy, labor, health, production, and obscenity laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time. APEX evaluates its release and access controls before entering a jurisdiction and may block or suspend service where its controls are not sufficient.
