Terms of Use

This is an adults-only service. Creating an account does not grant access. APEX must verify and approve you before any member content is available.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and APEX Adult Studios LLC (“APEX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing apex.vybetech.dev and the related membership service (the “Service”). By creating an account, requesting approval, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Adults only; lawful access

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you are located, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and may lawfully view adult material. You must not access the Service from a place where doing so is prohibited. We may require reliable proof of age and identity and may deny or revoke access when we cannot complete that review. You may not permit a minor to view the Service or use your account.

3. Accounts and manual approval

Account information must be complete and accurate. Each account is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one approved adult. Keep credentials confidential and notify APEX promptly of suspected misuse. Registration creates a pending account only; APEX may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate access to protect performers, members, legal compliance, or the security of the Service.

4. Closed studio publishing model

Only APEX may select, upload, and publish content. The Service is not a user-generated-content platform, public forum, creator marketplace, escort directory, or prostitution-advertising service. Members cannot upload media, publish profiles, post comments, or offer services.

5. Limited license

Subject to these Terms and an approved account, APEX grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream or view available content for your personal, private, noncommercial use. No ownership right is transferred. All other rights are reserved.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

share credentials or allow access by an unapproved person or minor;
download, record, copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly display, or republish content;
scrape, index, data-mine, train an AI system on, reverse engineer, or bypass access or security controls;
impersonate another person or submit false identity or age information;
use the Service to harass, exploit, traffic, solicit prostitution, infringe rights, or violate any law;
upload malware, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access; or
use any performer’s name, image, or likeness to create a digital forgery, deepfake, or misleading endorsement.

7. Consent, performer safety, and removal reports

APEX prohibits child sexual abuse material, trafficking, coercion, nonconsensual intimate imagery, and content published outside the scope of a performer’s authorization. A depicted person or authorized representative may submit a removal request as described in our Content Removal & Safety Policy. APEX may immediately disable access while investigating.

8. Intellectual property and copyright notices

The Service, branding, software, text, graphics, photos, videos, and compilations are owned by or licensed to APEX and protected by intellectual-property laws. Copyright notices are handled under our DMCA Policy. Do not knowingly make a materially false infringement or counter-notice.

9. Privacy and viewing records

Our Privacy Notice explains our practices. We do not sell personal information or use identifiable viewing history for targeted advertising. Access logs and viewing records may be used only for service delivery, security, legal compliance, and other permitted purposes described in that notice.

10. Availability and changes

The Service may change, pause, or discontinue, and content availability may change without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new effective date and, when required, additional notice or consent.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” APEX disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from the Service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid APEX during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Enforcement, severability, and waiver

APEX may investigate suspected violations and preserve or disclose information as permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
