Content Removal & Safety Policy
Who may report
Any person may report suspected exploitation, a minor, trafficking, coercion, nonconsensual intimate imagery, privacy or publicity violations, or other unlawful material. A depicted person or authorized representative may request removal of an intimate depiction believed to have been published without consent or beyond the scope of consent.
How to submit a request
Email moneymase0926@gmail.comwith “Urgent APEX Safety Report” in the subject and include:
- your name and safe contact information;
- the specific URL, release title, or other information sufficient to locate the material;
- a concise explanation of the concern and whether you are depicted or authorized to act for someone depicted;
- for a nonconsensual-intimate-image request, your physical or electronic signature and a good-faith statement that publication was not authorized; and
- any relevant non-explicit supporting document. Do not send unlawful imagery or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.
Our response
APEX will acknowledge a sufficiently complete request, prioritize credible safety reports, and may disable the material immediately. We aim to decide a complete nonconsensual-intimate-image request within 48 hours. APEX may verify the requester’s identity or authority, review performer and consent records, preserve evidence, prevent re-publication, and notify affected parties when safe and lawful. APEX may decline a fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or legally unsupported request and will explain any available appeal process.
Child exploitation reports
APEX reports apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline when required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and cooperates with lawful investigations. Members of the public may also report directly at report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).
Copyright claims
